The last few years have been "crazy" for former Las Vegas Raiders star Isaac Rochell’s wife, Allison Kuch. With 2025 just around the corner, Kuch hopes to “find herself back” in the new year.
On Friday, Kuch opened up about her behind-the-scenes struggles on Instagram. She expressed how she went through a “lot of stress” in the last couple of years and expects the new year 2025 to be better for her.
Talking about the same, Allison Kuch wrote:
“2025 is truly a year I’m hoping to 'get myself back.' The past 4 years have been so crazy with moving, new teams, new friends, A LOT of stress, football, no football, home renovations, etc. Basically just running around and not taking time for myself to find what I love and follow that.

“I can’t wait to have a fresh start (even thought January 1st 2025 is just another day) I’m truly going to use it as a new chapter. Idk if people can relate - moms or no moms but I’m just ready for a new year.”
Kuch has been quite open when it comes to sharing her life experiences on social media, whether it be about her husband Isaac Rochell's future with the NFL or her own mental health issues.
Rochell has been a free agent since November 2023, following his exit from the Raiders. A good part of the "stress" Kuch mentioned is around the defensive end's struggles with finding himself a place on an NFL team.
Ex-Raiders star Isaac Rochell's wife Allison Kuch opened up about mental health
Allison Kuch’s first pregnancy took a serious toll on her mental health, which she shared with her fans on Instagram. In one of her Instagram stories in August, Kuch penned down an emotional note, detailing how “pumping” breast milk affected her mental health.
Talking about the same, she said:
"The way I know my mental health would improve if I stopped pumping, but at the same time, I think it would make my mental health worse. Also, how do you ween from breastmilk at one year? Go to a toddler formula? Straight to cows milk? Where is the manual? What did moms do before Google.
"Side note: I feel like I'm in a weird negative space where bad/inconvenient things keep happening & then I feel like I sunk, so I attract more bad things. Like, hello universe, I'm trying to be positive over here, but you're making it hard."
Apart from that, Allison Kuch also revealed struggling with “negative space” in her life, noting how “bad things” kept happening to her.
